【迎新组任务】
1.每个月最少迎新10条（一个新人报到帖至少有一人迎新）；
（注意：有特殊情况需请假，迎新少于10天，无工资——因为迎新注重时效性）
2.组员迎新需在新人报到帖发布3天以内（考虑到时差），请尽量当天迎新，只可汇总当月报到帖（月初可酌情）；
3.迎新组成员迎新时，字数需满15字，可以套用迎新模板（还在施工中）；
4.迎新回复时注重与新人的沟通交流及引导， 根据会员的报道内容给以解答、支持和鼓励 ，积极引导新会员熟悉论坛并能积极参与论坛的活动。


【组内等级明细】2021.6.2更新

1.良侍
达成要求：完成迎新组实习任务（有效迎新10条），次月即可晋升为良侍。
待遇：基本工资15肥皂。迎新10条以上计入绩效，每条1肥皂*迎新质量系数。60条封顶。

2.惠人
达成要求：良侍连续完成2个月迎新任务或共计完成4个月任务，次月即可晋升为惠人。
待遇：基本工资25肥皂。迎新10条以上计入绩效，每条1肥皂*迎新质量系数。60条封顶。

3.御侍
达成要求：惠人连续完成4个月迎新任务或共计完成6个月任务，次月即可晋升为御侍。
待遇：基本工资40肥皂。迎新10条以上计入绩效，每条1肥皂*迎新质量系数。60条封顶。

4.宫令
达成要求：御侍连续完成6个月迎新任务或共计完成9个月任务，次月即可晋升为御侍。
待遇：基本工资60肥皂。迎新10条以上计入绩效，每条1肥皂*迎新质量系数。60条封顶。

5.灌水交流（包括新人报到子版）版主
达成要求：每半年评比小组中完成工作优秀者，晋升为迎新组管理及灌水版版主，享版主头衔、勋章及工资福利。
待遇：除版主正常工资+奖金外，额外按照宫令等级及完成度进行提成（即迎新10条以上计入，每条1肥皂，封顶50肥皂）。
版主考勤要求：
1、新生报到处评分。

2、对于新帖子进行暖帖，不出现0回复的主题帖。
3、删除水帖，将与模拟人生相关的帖子移动至对应版块。

4、将新人报到帖移动到报到子版块。
5、每月至少在新人报到子版迎新20次以上并对帖子进行评分（有相应提成可领）。
6、每个月须举办一次版块活动，从6月起开始每个月轮值一位版主负责月活动，形式、内容可以简单一点。
7、每月发布至少2个主题帖。8、在“论坛管理”后台内定期处理举报和维护版面。

注：请假最多可连请三个月，超过三个月依次往下降级，版主考勤连续三个月不达标降级为宫令。

【工资一览】2021.6.2更新
1、各组别结算公式
实习：无基本工资，迎新数*质量系数+暖帖数+晋升奖金
良侍：15+（迎新数-10）*质量系数+暖帖数+晋升奖金+评优奖金
惠人：25+（迎新数-10）*质量系数+暖帖数+晋升奖金+评优奖金
御侍：40+（迎新数-10）*质量系数+暖帖数+晋升奖金+评优奖金
宫令：60+（迎新数-10）*质量系数+暖帖数+晋升奖金+评优奖金
版主：100+（迎新数-10）*质量系数+评优奖金

2、迎新质量考核包括：迎新词重复度、热情度及是否帮助新人等。
影响工资系数：1星0.8系数，2星1系数，3星1.1系数，4星1.3系数，5星1.5系数。

3.每月评选出优秀版主和优秀组员各一位。
优秀版主按生活版区制奖励：50肥皂+20菊花
优秀组员（不包括实习）奖励：30肥皂+10菊花
